Govenor to Jacob Earhart by Grand-Pre December 1, 1796, following Earharts Petition for Lot #1, Sq #33 May 1795 as he wished to build a house in the New City;- 
Jacob Earhart, claimant March 29,1804.
Witness:Bennet Truly January 13,1807. Certificate B-196 issued June 13,1807 Jacob claims Lot #1 Sq #33 in the City of Natchez by virtue of the above grant.
Also land conveyance records Natchez, Ms. courthouse book F-pg 158 dated June 7, 1810 Jacob Airhart purchases a tract of land from David Mitchell-50 acres in Adams County.

Jacob Earhart and Elizabeth Parker Earhart were granted a divorce February 1, 1802 in Ms.  This record is housed at the state archives in Jackson, MS. His remarriage is evidenced on land deeds showing that Jacob and  his wife Cassandra sell Lot #1, Sq 33 of the City of Natchez to Walter Irwin.  This was the plot of land that Jacob had received as a land grant from the Spanish.  Natchez Court Records Sandra Bono -
